What you'll do
- Research and prototype novel approaches to AI-powered education
- Implement state-of-the-art models for automated assessment and feedback
- Build evaluation benchmarks for AI tutoring quality
- Publish research findings and contribute to the AI education community
- Bridge the gap between research prototypes and production systems
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of AI research experience (industry or academic)
- Strong foundation in deep learning, NLP, and generative AI
- Proficiency in PyTorch and experiment tracking tools
- Published papers or significant open-source AI contributions
Nice to have
- PhD in Computer Science, ML, or NLP
- Experience with multimodal AI (text + speech + vision)
