What you'll do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EdTech and enterprise
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting
  • Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMB and mid-market clients
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide pipeline reports

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS or tech products
  • Existing network in HR/talent acquisition or education sector
