What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EdTech and enterprise
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMB and mid-market clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide pipeline reports
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS or tech products
- Existing network in HR/talent acquisition or education sector
