What you'll do

- Build relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Create compelling proposals and business cases for partnerships
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage contract processes
- Track partnership revenue and report on business development KPIs
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of business development or partnership management experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience with partnership models in tech or education
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Nice to have
- Existing network in Indian university or corporate training ecosystem
- Experience with international business development
