What you'll do
- Lead product onboarding sessions for new enterprise customers
- Create customized onboarding plans based on customer goals
- Build training materials, guides, and video tutorials
- Track onboarding metrics and time-to-value for new accounts
- Handoff successfully onboarded customers to the success team
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of customer onboarding or training experience
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills
- Experience with SaaS product onboarding processes
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features
Nice to have
- Experience with screen recording and tutorial tools
- Background in technical training or product education
