About the Role

Drive customer outcomes and retention at Pankh.AI as a Customer Success Manager.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption
  • Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health score monitoring
  • Identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk
  • Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback and needs

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
  • Data-driven approach to customer health and engagement

Nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech or HR tech customer success
  • Technical background for handling product-related discussions
