Drive customer outcomes and retention at Pankh.AI as a Customer Success Manager.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customer accounts
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs, and health score monitoring
- Identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk
- Collaborate with product team to relay customer feedback and needs
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Data-driven approach to customer health and engagement
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech or HR tech customer success
- Technical background for handling product-related discussions
