What you'll do
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Create and maintain help center articles and FAQs
- Track customer feedback and report recurring issues to product team
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and helpful responses
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns
- Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
- Multilingual support capabilities (Hindi, regional languages)
