About the Role

Deliver exceptional customer support at Pankh.AI, helping users succeed.

What you'll do

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Create and maintain help center articles and FAQs
  • Track customer feedback and report recurring issues to product team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and helpful responses

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom)
  • Multilingual support capabilities (Hindi, regional languages)
