What you'll do
- Build predictive models for student learning outcomes and engagement
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing on platform data
- Design and analyze A/B experiments for product feature validation
- Create visualizations and presentations for stakeholder decision-making
- Develop recommendation algorithms for personalized content delivery
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of data science experience
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL
- Experience with experiment design and causal inference
Nice to have
- Experience with deep learning for NLP or recommendation systems
- Background in education analytics or behavioral science
