What you'll do
- Lead a team of 4-6 designers across product and brand design
- Define the design vision, principles, and quality standards
- Drive design thinking practices across the organization
- Establish design ops processes for efficient design delivery
- Present design strategy to leadership and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of design experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong track record of shipping impactful products
- Experience building and managing design teams
- Expert communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience scaling design teams from 3 to 10+ members
- Background in both product and brand design
