What you'll do
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, and compliance
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Support CEO and board with financial insights and reporting
What we're looking for
- 6-8 years of finance experience with CA or MBA Finance qualification
- Deep knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or M&A
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Experience as Finance Manager in a funded startup
- Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing
