What you'll do
- Architect and build complex, interactive web applications using React and TypeScript
- Design and implement reusable component libraries and design systems
- Optimize application performance including bundle size, rendering, and caching
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews
- Drive technical decisions on frontend architecture and tooling
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and state management (Redux, Zustand)
- Experience with Next.js, server-side rendering, and SEO optimization
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Nice to have
- Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Contributions to open-source projects
