We need a Frontend Performance Engineer to ensure lightning-fast experiences across Pankh.AI products.
What you'll do
- Profile and optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) across all pages
- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies
- Set up performance monitoring and alerting infrastructure
- Optimize image delivery, font loading, and third-party script impact
- Create performance budgets and automated regression testing
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of frontend experience with deep focus on performance
- Expert knowledge of browser rendering pipeline and JavaScript performance
- Experience with Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and performance profiling tools
- Strong understanding of CDN, caching, and network optimization
Nice to have
- Experience with Edge computing or Service Workers
- Published work or talks on web performance
