What you'll do
- Lead a team of 5-8 full stack engineers across multiple product areas
- Define technical roadmap and architecture for platform features
- Establish coding standards, review processes, and quality gates
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Drive hiring, mentorship, and career growth for team members
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of full stack development with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
- Experience managing engineering teams and delivery timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Experience scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+ members
- Background in AI products or EdTech platforms
