What you'll do
- Define and execute customer experience strategy across all touchpoints
- Build and lead the customer support and success teams
- Establish NPS, CSAT, and CES measurement frameworks
- Design customer journey maps and identify friction points
- Drive customer advocacy and referral programs
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of customer experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Track record of building customer-centric organizations
- Experience with CX technology stack and automation
- Strong leadership and team building capabilities
Nice to have
- Experience scaling CX in high-growth SaaS companies
- Background in education or learning platforms
