What you'll do

  • Define and execute customer experience strategy across all touchpoints

  • Establish NPS, CSAT, and CES measurement frameworks
  • Design customer journey maps and identify friction points

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of customer experience with 3+ years in leadership
  • Track record of building customer-centric organizations
  • Experience with CX technology stack and automation
  • Strong leadership and team building capabilities

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling CX in high-growth SaaS companies
