What you'll do
- Define and execute operational strategy to support company growth
- Build and lead the operations team across multiple functions
- Establish operational KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
- Drive automation and digital transformation of business processes
- Manage partnerships with service providers and technology vendors
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of operations experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Track record of scaling operations in high-growth companies
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Experience with operations technology stack and automation
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech or SaaS company operations
- MBA or equivalent business education
