What you'll do
- Define and execute people strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Build and lead the HR team across talent acquisition, ops, and L&D
- Design compensation frameworks, equity programs, and benefits
- Drive company culture, values, and employer brand initiatives
- Advise leadership on organizational design and team scaling
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Track record of building HR function from scratch or scaling rapidly
- Deep knowledge of talent management, comp and benefits
- Experience with international employment and remote-first cultures
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Background in tech industry people operations
