What you'll do
- Design training programs for employee skill development and onboarding
- Create e-learning content, workshops, and mentorship programs
- Assess training needs and measure learning effectiveness
- Manage the company learning management system (LMS)
- Partner with teams to develop career growth frameworks
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of L&D or corporate training experience
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools
Nice to have
- Experience in tech company L&D programs
- Certification in instructional design or coaching
