Provide legal guidance and support to Pankh.AI as in-house Legal Counsel.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
- Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, and technology law matters
- Support corporate governance, board resolutions, and regulatory filings
- Manage relationships with external law firms and advisors
- Provide legal guidance on new product features and business initiatives
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of legal experience with LLB from a reputed institution
- Expertise in technology law, data privacy, and commercial contracts
- Experience with startup/venture capital legal matters
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company
- Knowledge of international laws for cross-border operations
