What we're looking for
- 4-6 years of operations management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process optimization and change management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management platforms
Nice to have
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Experience in tech startup operations
