Ensure Pankh.AI's platform performs under load as our Performance Test Engineer.
What you'll do
- Design and execute performance, load, and stress test scenarios
- Identify bottlenecks using APM tools and profiling
- Create performance test automation using k6, Artillery, or JMeter
- Establish performance baselines and SLAs for critical user journeys
- Generate performance reports and recommendations for optimization
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of performance testing experience
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling)
- Strong understanding of web application architecture
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic)
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based load testing
- Backend development experience for root cause analysis
