What you'll do
- Design and build internal developer platforms and self-service tooling
- Create standardized service templates and deployment workflows
- Implement developer experience improvements (local dev, testing, debugging)
- Build and maintain shared infrastructure libraries and modules
- Enable teams to independently deploy and manage their services
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of platform/DevOps engineering experience
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows
- Proficiency in Go or Python for internal tooling development
- Understanding of developer experience and productivity metrics
Nice to have
- Experience building internal developer portals (Backstage)
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
