What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for AI features (AI tutoring, smart assessments, interview prep)
- Define requirements for ML models and AI-powered user experiences
- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to translate research into products
- Design feedback loops for continuous AI model improvement
- Monitor AI output quality and ensure responsible AI practices
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of product management experience with AI/ML products
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and LLM capabilities
- Experience defining metrics for AI product quality and performance
- Strong technical communication skills
Nice to have
- Technical background in ML or data science
- Experience with conversational AI or generative AI products
