What you'll do
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams
- Maintain project documentation and status reports
- Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track and resolve project blockers and dependencies
- Support resource planning and capacity management
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of project coordination or management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Experience in agile software development environments
