What you'll do
- Define and execute quality strategy across all Pankh.AI products
- Build and lead a team of QA engineers and SDETs
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Drive shift-left testing practices and quality culture
- Manage test environments and release certification processes
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, and CI/CD
- Experience managing QA teams and processes at scale
- Strong understanding of agile quality practices
Nice to have
- ISTQB or similar quality certifications
- Experience with AI product testing and validation
