What you'll do
- Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Analyze sales funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks
- Manage CRM data integrity and sales process automation
- Support sales compensation planning and commission calculations
- Forecast revenue and track against quarterly targets
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years of RevOps or sales operations experience
- Strong Excel/SQL skills for data analysis
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analytical mindset with attention to process improvement
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker)
- Background in SaaS revenue operations
