Lead Pankh.AI's sales organization and drive revenue growth as Sales Director.
What you'll do
- Define and execute sales strategy across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Build, hire, and manage a team of 10+ sales professionals
- Develop pricing strategies and sales playbooks
- Establish key partnerships and channel sales programs
- Report to leadership on revenue forecasts and sales KPIs
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building sales teams and exceeding targets
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or tech product sales
- Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech or talent/HR tech sales
- International sales experience across APAC and US markets
