What you'll do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for 2-3 agile teams
- Coach teams on agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions
- Track sprint metrics and team velocity for predictable delivery
- Drive retrospective action items and process improvements
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of Scrum Master or agile coach experience
- CSM or PSM certification
- Experience working with software development teams
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Nice to have
- SAFe or LeSS certification
- Technical background in software engineering
