What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Resolve escalations and coordinate with product team on client requests
- Forecast revenue and manage renewal pipeline
What we're looking for
- 5-7 years of account management experience in tech or SaaS
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing accounts
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management
Nice to have
- Experience managing accounts worth $500K+ annually
- Background in EdTech or talent solutions
