About the Role

Manage and grow key accounts at Pankh.AI, ensuring client success and expansion.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Resolve escalations and coordinate with product team on client requests
  • Forecast revenue and manage renewal pipeline

What we're looking for

  • 5-7 years of account management experience in tech or SaaS
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing accounts
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and stakeholder management

Nice to have

  • Experience managing accounts worth $500K+ annually
  • Background in EdTech or talent solutions
