Lead NLP engineering at Pankh.AI, building intelligent conversational AI systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement NLP pipelines for AI tutoring and interview systems
- Fine-tune large language models (GPT, LLaMA) for domain-specific tasks
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with vector databases
- Implement evaluation frameworks for AI output quality and safety
- Lead research initiatives on educational AI and adaptive learning
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of experience in NLP/AI engineering
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
- Strong Python programming and production ML deployment skills
Nice to have
- Published research in NLP conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS)
- Experience building conversational AI or chatbot systems
