What you'll do
- Design and implement enterprise-grade microservices with Spring Boot
- Lead database architecture decisions and optimize query performance
- Build resilient, fault-tolerant systems with circuit breakers and retry logic
- Drive adoption of event sourcing and CQRS patterns
- Mentor team members and lead architectural design discussions
What we're looking for
- 6-8 years of professional Java development experience
- Deep expertise in Spring ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security)
- Experience with distributed systems, Kafka, and event-driven architecture
- Strong understanding of database internals and query optimization
Nice to have
- Experience with reactive programming (Project Reactor/WebFlux)
- Microservices migration experience from monoliths
