Pankh.AI is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer with Python expertise to lead our AI services.
What you'll do
- Design and build high-throughput AI model serving infrastructure
- Architect data pipelines processing millions of records daily
- Lead the transition to event-driven microservices architecture
- Establish code quality standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model inference latency
What we're looking for
- 5-7 years of Python backend experience with FastAPI/Django
- Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed caching
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong system design skills and understanding of scalability patterns
Nice to have
- Experience with ML model deployment and MLOps
- Knowledge of Go or Rust for performance-critical services
