We're seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead critical product initiatives at Pankh.AI.
What you'll do
- Lead the frontend architecture for our flagship AI tutoring platform
- Design scalable, maintainable component architectures using React and TypeScript
- Drive performance optimization achieving sub-second page loads
- Mentor a team of 3-5 frontend engineers and establish coding standards
- Collaborate with product and design to define technical roadmaps
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of frontend development experience with React ecosystem
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, performance profiling, and bundle optimization
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
- Strong understanding of web security, CSP, and authentication flows
Nice to have
- Experience with micro-frontends or monorepo architectures
- Background in EdTech or AI products
- Public speaking or technical writing experience
