What you'll do
- Architect and build complex features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Lead technical design for new product initiatives from concept to production
- Optimize application performance across the entire stack
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices
- Drive adoption of new technologies and patterns across the team
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of full stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of database design, caching, and distributed systems
- Experience leading technical projects and making architectural decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML product development
- Background in EdTech or SaaS platforms
