What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for major product initiatives
- Define design strategy and UX patterns for AI interaction design
- Conduct strategic user research and translate insights into product direction

What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- Expert in Figma, design systems, and interaction design
- Strong portfolio showing strategic thinking and measurable impact
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy applications
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML product design
- Background in EdTech or consumer products
