What you'll do
- Own the product vision and strategy for core platform features
- Lead a product squad with engineering, design, and data team members
- Drive product-led growth initiatives and monetization strategy
- Build deep expertise in user needs through continuous research
- Mentor junior PMs and establish product management best practices
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of product management experience
- Track record of launching successful B2C or B2B products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with product-led growth and funnel optimization
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products
- MBA or equivalent business education
