What you'll do
- Define test strategy and quality standards across all products
- Build scalable test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
- Design performance, load, and chaos testing strategies
- Mentor QA engineers and drive quality culture across engineering
What we're looking for
- 5-8 years of SDET or quality engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of test automation frameworks and strategies
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python
- Experience with distributed systems testing and observability
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI/ML systems and outputs
- Knowledge of accessibility testing and compliance
