What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referral programs
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in tech
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and assessment skills
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for AI/ML or specialized tech roles
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
