What you'll do
- Partner with engineering managers to define hiring needs and job requirements
- Source senior and specialized technical talent through multiple channels
- Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidate technical depth
- Manage candidate pipeline and provide regular hiring metrics
- Improve recruitment process and candidate experience continuously
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience
- Understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and technologies
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Experience with technical assessment tools and structured interviews
Nice to have
- Personal technical background or CS education
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML roles
