What you'll do
- Define and execute overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Build and lead the marketing team across content, growth, and brand
- Drive demand generation and pipeline creation for B2B and B2C offerings
- Manage marketing budget and optimize for customer acquisition cost
- Represent Pankh.AI at conferences, media, and industry events
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling marketing teams and revenue
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Strong brand building and communications expertise
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, AI, or developer marketing
- International marketing experience across multiple regions
