What you'll do
- Define and execute overall product strategy across all Pankh.AI offerings
- Build and lead the product management team (hiring, mentorship, career growth)
- Drive product-market fit and revenue growth for new product lines
- Represent the product vision to investors, partners, and customers
- Establish product development processes and quality standards
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of product management with 4+ years in VP/Director roles
- Proven track record of scaling products from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100
- Experience building and leading product teams of 5+ PMs
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing, and go-to-market
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, AI, or developer tools
- Background combining technical and business expertise
