Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid programs, subscriptions, and services offered by Pankh.AI through its Engineering Portal, including but not limited to:

• Data Science with Python
• AI Chatbot Systems & Automation

2. Refund Eligibility Window

A learner may request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of the first live session or official program start date (whichever is earlier) ("Refund Window").

Refund requests submitted after the Refund Window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at refunds@pankh.ai from your registered email address and include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Program name
• Reason for refund request

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original bank account or payment source provided by you. Pankh.AI does not issue refunds in cash.

Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days from the date of approval, subject to verification and payment gateway timelines.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Requests made after the Refund Window
• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after program commencement
• Partial completion or non-attendance of sessions
• Violation of Terms of Service or misuse of the Platform
• Program changes, resets, or transfers

6. Third-Party Payments & Financing

If program fees are paid through a third-party financing provider or on your behalf by another entity, it is your responsibility to continue fulfilling obligations to such third parties. Pankh.AI is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes with external payment providers.

7. Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the program content, learning resources, community groups, and related services will be revoked with immediate effect.

8. Policy Modifications

Pankh.AI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
